  1. what about:
"do we really need a book that analyzes dirty words?"

"we really have to have..." <<<< LOOOOOL!

when attacking stupidity, it is wise to check your grammar and sentence structure first before pressing "publish"

  2. Dear Would-Be English Professor,

Nothing wrong with my phrasing or sentence structure in the “Dirty Words” write-up. If you hadn’t been up past 2 in the morning ‘trolling for porn, perhaps your focus and presentation would have been better. Maybe your attitude, too.

Anyway, thank you for stopping by and writing. Be sure you erase your computer history sometime today; wouldn’t want Mumsy to come in and accidentally spot that you’ve accessed all that porn while she’s making your bed and collecting your dirty underwear.

  3. I used to have this book when I was in college in the early 70's but my father found it and tore it up in a fit of offended rage. If I remember correctly (since I did not have it long enough to study it thoroughly) I believe much of it was in dictionary format with explanations about the origins of each word. From a scholarly standpoint it was interesting to see the historical context of the words.

It's also possible that I'm confusing this book with an actual dictionary of "dirty words", but I'm pretty sure this is the book I'm thinking of. Have you actually seen this book or do you have a copy. So far I haven't found an adequate description of the book on the internet.
